It’s that time of the year again and several different illnesses are making their rounds.

Included below is some information about when students and staff should stay home from school, as well as information about how families and staff can get free COVID tests.

Free at-home COVID tests: Can be ordered through this USPS link free at-home COVID-19 tests

Free COVID19 tests available at schools: Every school building front office also has home covid tests available to families that would like them. Please connect with front office staff if you are in need of a COVID test.

OHA COVID-19 Guidance: Included below is the latest guidance from the Oregon Health Authority regarding COVID-19

If you are infected with COVID-19 you do not need to isolate for a set number of days. However, you should be aware that you can get others sick. If you have COVID-19:

• Stay home until you have not had a fever greater than 100.4 for 24 hrs. without using fever reducing medication and other COVID-19 symptoms are improving.
• Avoid contact with high-risk individuals like people who live in congregate care facilities or people with immunocompromising conditions for 10 days.
• Mask when you are around other people in the 10 days after you become sick or test positive. If you have a severe case, are hospitalized or are severely immunocompromised please follow the recommendations above, avoid contact with high-risk people and mask for 10-20 days. Please contact your healthcare provider for advice on ow long to isolate.
• Asymptomatic positive cases? They should mask for 10 days from testing date and monitor for symptoms. OHA link.

Pautas de la OHA sobre COVID-19: A continuación se incluye las últimas pautas de la Autoridad Sanitaria de Oregón en relación con COVID-19

Si está infectado con COVID-19 no necesita aislarse durante un número determinado de días. Sin embargo, debe tener en cuenta que puede contagiar a otras personas. Si tiene COVID-19:
